TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Ordering

• Kindly place your order at least 7 working days prior to event date. All booking is subject to availability.
• Any change in menu after confirmation must be made 3 days in advance.
• Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged at 30% of invoice amount.
• The management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event.
• For all online orders, our friendly staff will contact you within 2 working days.
• Order is confirmed only when we have received the acknowledged confirmation order.​

Payment Terms

• For corporate events, accepted payment terms are Cash, Cheque or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) upon delivery.
• Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Appetizer Pte Ltd".
• For private events, only Cash or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) payments terms are accepted upon delivery.​

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Complimentary presentation of buffet layout is provided, with tables, table cloth, skirting & décor for buffet orders.
• All food will be served in warmers. Serviettes, plates, cups, cutlery & disposable bags are provided.
• Above 2 points are not applicable for ala carte orders. Customers can bring their own or purchase from us at a cost stated in the ala carte menu.  
• Due to fire and safety concerns, the caterer will not be liable for any damages or injury from shifting or misuse of catering equipment.
• Customers are liable for any loss of catering equipment due to negligence or misuse.
• Our BBQ chef does not handle other services such as setting up of tables, chairs, tentage and decoration; cleaning and clearing of barbecue venue or pit before or after the event. If you require such service, please email sales@appetizer.com.sg your request.

SURCHARGE CONDITIONS :

Delivery & Collection

• A $50 peak period surcharge (Eve of Public Holiday & Public Holiday) is applicable.
• Our delivery time is between 9.30am to 9.30pm.
• Deliveries before 9.30am, $50 delivery surcharge is applicable.
• An overtime charge of $50 will be levied for collection/delivery after 9.30pm
• If there is no lift access or direct delivery point for setup venues, surcharge of $25 per level will be levied.
• If there is a change in venue without lift access upon delivery, surcharge mentioned in point 5 will be levied and added to the billing amount.
• During festive periods (CNY & Christmas), prices of the menu will be based on prevailing festive rates determined by Appetizer.
• Appetizer reserves the right to reject orders with less than the minimum number of 30pax.
• For delivery to Central Business District (CBD), additional charge of $10 is applicable regardless of order amount.
• For Bistro Bowl bowling centers, delivery charge of $50 is applicable for orders less than 30pax or orders of less than $300 before GST & discount, if any.
• For deliveries outside of Bistro Bowl bowling centers, delivery charge of $50 is applicable for all orders less than $1000 before GST & discount, if any.
• We reserve the rights to amend all stated charges without prior notice.

Other Surcharges

• BBQ or Live Stations Chef service is chargeable for every 2 hour block at $100 before GST. Chef engagement is subject to availability.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into Bistro Bowl bowling centers. Otherwise, corkage charges will apply.

CONSUMPTION ADVISORY :

• We provide approximately 10% buffer for all ordered quantity.
• Customer is strongly advised to assign someone to portion out the food, to ensure a fair distribution.
• Disposables provided are for the food catered only.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the bowling centre. Otherwise, corkage charges apply.
• Customers are advised against taking away leftovers from buffet setting. This is in compliance with SFA's "consume within 2 hours ruling". As such, no take-away boxes will be provided.
• For packed food, food is to be consumed within 1 hour from serving time.
